Together we are a community of believers. What does that mean, the word community? We believe that together in fellowship we grow closer to God and one another. The bible speaks about iron sharpening iron. We believe that together we grow stronger. We are a community of believers. 

 

We strive to be a church without walls. Jesus calls for us to go outside the walls to reach the lost and the broken. It is there that the lost will be found. Most churches find it is comfortable to stay within the walls, but we make it an effort to be like the church from the book of Acts, to see our city changed.

 

We highly value our relationships with one another. We look to grow through fellowship, and ultimately growing closer to God. We value the word of God, and the leadership of the Holy Spirit. We look to extend grace to all of the lost and broken, and lead those with no hope to the hope of Jesus Christ.

We here at Fresh Rain exist for the purpose of equipping the saints for the work of the ministry and evangelizing the world around us.

Our vision at Fresh Rain is to see the believer's vision of who they are in Christ to become greater than their current enviroment, because when vision becomes greater than it's present enviroment, it can never be limited again.

OUR HISTORY

SMALL BEGINNINGS

  1. Founded in August 2009 by Pastors Kevin and Karen McDaniel with a small group of family and friends
  2. xxxxxGathered around town until 2006 when we purchased our first building
  3. xxxxxxBy 2009 we outgrew our first building, and moved into our second building
  4. xxxxxxDue to exponential growth, we started a building construction project in Summer of 2016
  5. xxxxxxMoved into new building in Fall of 2017

Kevin McDaniel

Lead Pastor

Pastor Mac and his wife Karen founded Fredh Rain Church in August of 2009. He and his wife have a true heart for the lost of this city and the River Region. They want to see true change in this area and will not stop until their dream is fulfilled. 

Anthony & Stephanie Wingler

Youth Leaders

Pastor's Anthony and Stephanie have been our youth pastors since the beginning of Fresh Rain. Their hearts for young people are truly amazing, and they want to see the gospel of Jesus Christ preached in schools and on school campuses across the River Region.

Van Dibenedetto

Children's Ministry Director

Pastor Van is our Children's Ministry Director, and has been for the many years. Her heart for the kids of our church is truly astounding.  She believes fully on Lord and teaches the children to do the same.
